The United Kingdom is blessed with some of the most stunning coastal landscapes in the world, not to mention vibrant coastal towns that are ever changing and reinventing themselves to remain relevant in this modern age where we spend all day fixated with our hi-tech phones, tablets and computers!

As I head into retirement I wanted to take on the challenge of the King Charles III Coastal Path and explore what the coastline of Britain had to offer, knowing that such an adventure would be good for my well-being, help me get a little fitter and generally provide a bit of an adventure in this new chapter of my life.
